So, You Tore Your ACL. What Now?

Tearing your ACL is a heartbreaking, painful, and frustrating injury. It requires a long recovery both pre- and post-surgery, full of focus, discipline and grit in order to get back to playing the game you love. Inevitably, it makes us more appreciative of all that our bodies and minds can endure.
