Elise Cranny, Professional Runner for the Bowerman Track Club, VIS League™ member, 12x All-American and 4x NCAA Division 1 runner up for Stanford University discusses her incredible journey in sport. Growing up, Elise was inspired by her parents who were triathletes and she played multiple sports all throughout high school which built the foundation for her success as a runner. Elise speaks openly about the challenges she faced as a runner surrounding nutrition, body image, periods, and injuries, and how she overcame these struggles to become an even stronger runner and person.
