Athletes’ Nightly Skincare

Let’s face it. Our face goes through a lot throughout the day. We’re constantly training in the sun, sweating all the dang time, and wiping all the moisture off our faces with our, well, not-so-clean hands. So when we finally give our bodies a rest at the end of the day, we have to allow our face to recover too.
