Hi Ashley! Introduce yourself to us :)
My name is Ashley Johnson and I am a sophomore on the Cross Country & Track and Field teams at UCLA. I am studying psychobiology.
What is a typical day of training for you?
I have practice every morning at 7:30 or 8:00, where we either do an aerobic run or a workout. Twice a week we have an hour weight room session. After practice I’ll head to the training room to get treatment.
