Self-Care with Olympian Colleen Quigley

During the competition season or off-season training, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. Though we make time to take care of our bodies, we may not be as proactive in taking care of our minds. To perform our best, we have to make sure we’re in the proper mindset to take on the day. We spoke with Olympic steeplechase athlete Colleen Quigley to learn more about the importance of self-care and how she incorporates it into her daily schedule.
