Fueling to Support Training During RED-S Recovery

Recovering from RED-S while continuing to train is possible—but only with a serious shift in how we fuel. Increasing energy availability is the foundation of recovery. Many women athletes suffer negative health and performance outcomes because of Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S).
