How to Adjust Our Training Plan to Our Mental Health Needs

It's difficult to initially grasp how much of an effect exercise can have on our mental health. It can be even harder to know what types of workouts impact different forms of mental health. We talked to VIS Expert and Clinical Social Worker, Cali Werner, LCSW, to learn about various workouts that relate to depression, anxiety, and stress to keep all women athletes informed and performing at our best.
